If our services or products fall short of your expectations, please let us know. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days of receipt. We may contact you if further clarification is needed.

We will provide a full response within 20 working days. If the resolution takes longer than expected, we will keep you updated on our progress.

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may approach the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC), an independent institution that resolves consumer financial disputes through mediation and adjudication, for further assistance.
